JPA Management, LLC is a third generation, family owned and operated real estate firm. Founded by John Philopoulos in the late 1950’s, JPA specializes in the development and management commercial and hotel projects. JPA has developed more than 25 shopping centers and three hotels. Presently, JPA manages annual hotel and commercial real estate revenues in excess of $45,000,000 and employs 400 people.
