JPA Development Co., Inc. the residential development department of JPA Management, LLC. JPA Development focuses primarily of multi-family condominium conversions in the Boston area. JPA Development was created in April of 2009 and had since completed construction of three Condominium units is South Boston. JPA’s second residential development project will consist of three condominium units in Dorchester, MA.

James Baker, the Senior Vice President of JPA Development and Project Manager, has been a resident of Boston his entire life, and has been investing in and renovating Boston area residential properties for over twenty-five years. Mr. Baker has completed over 20 projects including close to 100 residential units some of which were held for rental and others were sold as residential condos.
